3D Studio Rel3 Vibrant

This problem was found by one of our draw-code Engineers. The 1.0.4 inline
seems to work correctly on most of our machines, but one of them still locks
up. This only occurrs during Flic playback. It *SHOULD* work correclty in
1.0.4. Please let me know once 1.0.4 is posted.
For now, use the 'VESA Compatables' modes for Flics since the speed is not that
affected during Flic playback. I believe VESA support is included in the BIOS
of the #9GXE64.
