It sounds like WordPerfect for the Amiga would do what you want to
accomplish (if you can find it anywhere).
The Shareware(FreeWare?) Analyticalc would also handle the task. This
program is available on the Fish disks. It is a little different than
most other spreadsheet program but if you are going to be writing your own
anyway…
