Set up your topic pages as usual..(page 51). When exporting follow these steps:
1. Select File/Utilities/Export/File… 2. Click the fields button and select
the fields you want to export (i.e. Last name, First name…) Click OK. 3.
Click the range button and highlight the topics you want to export. In the
options section check off "exclude duplicates" and click OK. 4. Now select the
format you want to export to and click the export button.
Sorry, I don't know of any specific ways to use DTS to keep track of class
attendance. I will add it to our suggestions list.
