You could use the shareware PXP from Mark Meier to do this (KBDTRF.ZIP).
Another option is to use the Keyframer and adjust its scale key to be what ever
value you wish. This works, but scaling on frame 0 can cause problems with some
KXPs (the PXP changes the actual object so this is not a problem).
