#PAR Decimator Chip?

1) It is a chunk of blackened beach sand, crushed down, with little tin
legs coming out of it. :^)
2) It compresses the files coming out to the PAR to a smaller size _very_
quickly. Required for Razor Pro to run.
3) See if Razor Pro runs! <bg> If you don't have Razor Pro, you don't need
it anyway!
