>> I bought "3D Studio IPAS Plug-In Reference" book published by New Rider Publishing directly from the publisher. The book has a CD-ROM disk. I thought that the disk contained working versions of IPAS plug-ins but they were demo versions. I don't know how to install and try out the IPAS plug-ins because there was no instructions on installing them. Will someone please help me? Thank you very much for helping me. Jeffrey. << I'm sorry if we weren't clear about installation of the demo programs. The installations vary from vendor to vendor. The simpler programs are installed by copying the *.?XP (AXP, KXP, PXP, SXP, BXP) files into your process directory. The more complex programs have their own INSTALL.EXE or INSTALL.BAT programs in their individual directories. Most of them come with DOC files that explain the installation. The demo programs are provided as-is from the vendors and NRP has no control over the installation process. Most of the programs are demo versions others are shareware, freeware, or public domain.
