Ian I left a message in the Autocad forum on exactly the same problem. Any complex ACIS mesh doesn't export. By chance I used the hide command and it exports very quickly. Used with the facetres sysvar and you can get the results you want but this seems like a very strange proceedure to have to go through. Rumer has it that the c3 patch will be out very soon. Hopefully this is the fix we are looking for. I'd like to here if this works for you should you get the patch before I do. I'll be happy to reciprocate. NDC
