Imagine if you had a client that was paying you for a service. As you were supplying it to him/her, he kept nodding and saying how wonderful you were doing; while all along, replacing half of the work you were doing with somone else's. I think you would feel a little cheated. "Why didn't he just tell me I was doing a rotten job on that area and let ME fix it?" you would say. Ken and I are doing that. And please follow this thread back and you will see it originated with Ken's post in the WISHLIST section. He made the mistake of using one descriptive word that was a shade too direct for many on this forum.
