The DXFOUT from R13 will not work for ACIS models into 3DS. You must use
3DSOUT. The command FACETRES might be your ticket to resolution. For
instance, if you create an arc of 90 degrees, the FACETRES setting will allow
you to output the arc as 1 segment, or up to 32 segments, depending on the
FACETRES setting (pronounced FACET RES, by the way, and not FACE TRES!).
