Where do you live? I can download the KURTA BBS number for you if you.
That should give you a direct connection to the inside for prompt and accurate
answers.
You might check and see if there is a port conflict. If the software
won't recognize the hardware confirm that the port selection is the same.
I thought you had a XGT 12×12. That is what I have and that is why I thought
that I might be able to help you.
