The way to extend the last frame your talking about is by using the freeze
frame effect on the frame and stretch it out to the time frame needed. OR split
the frame using the DOS editing program that comes with the PAR. This will
create a single frame .ani file. Bring this file into RP and you should be able
to stretch it over time as a single frame.
BTW, are you using RP 1.0f?
