"I sent a message to Dave, but – I STLL haven't received my !c! upgrade, though I've been registered for months." I know something has gone wrong with our registration – you are not the first person who has reported this. I have a list of all those who were sent c1 updates and you're not on the list, alas. I have forwarded your message – but in the meantime, could you privately email me your serial #, address and registration info? That way if they can't find your registration in a timely fashion I'll just make sure you can get a copy without having to wait. Again, sorry.
