I may have missed the reference you're talking about. I did see the reference to AASTIPS.ZIP, which is not here (my fault) but that is for tips and tricks from users. I am surprised to find we've promised a list of bugs posted on CompuServe – could you tell me where you saw this? Also, I checked into your order for a B&W Help manual, and I feel as frustrated as you. I still don't have the complete picture, but it is now on the RUSH/PRIORITY list. This means that if anything is shipped today, it will include your order. However, it's complicated by "inventory" and "end of quarter" shipping. I believe that it will be shipped tomorrow, not today, and that you will get the order this week. Customer Service was able to confirm that you had placed an order on 6/30, and then again on 7/24. They were unable to explain why it wasn't shipped, but they cancelled one of your orders and put the other on the RUSH list. Nik
