"Why do you have to complain to get the bug fix you should get it anyway" should read: "Why do you have to register to get the bug fix you should get anyway" <grin> No need to "complain" as far as I'm concerned. You should be sure you report your bug in a fashion that allows Autodesk to recreate them and report them to the programmers as bug. If they're fixable, you should get the free update we've offered. You should register to get it though.
