If you're looking at the installation directions on Page 5, we goofed! You are accidentally being asked to install just the player. You sound like you have the CD version, right? Just go File/Run SETUP directly from the CD – don't use the diskette at all. No, AAStudio doesn't check out the speed of your computer; it will perform some things rather slowly and tax your patience! Check out the Tips and Tricks doc, it will help prepare you for the large swap file and resources that AAStudio requires. Finally, make sure to register your product! The folks on this forum have reported bugs that got fixed in our latest (c1) release. It's our plan to continue to fix bugs as they're reported, and update registered c0 and c1 customers for free.
