Sheesh, you don't ever want to visit NYC. My advice – rent a car and stop
watching the news <GGGG>. To contrast your trip I found parking on the street
whenever I needed a spot. I never got caught in the notorious LA freeway
traffic, enjoyed a great day at the beach and found I could jettison about 25
pounds of magazines by reading them all on the flight home. You want to hear
horror stories, ask Dave Rhoten about his first night in LA, you'll feel lucky.
