Check your 3DS.SET file — there's a setting called something like
DXF-ARC-DEGREES that controls segmentation of arcs. Also, you need to contact
your dealer to get 3DSr4c1 (if you haven't) and then use 3DSOUT to export
ACADr13 solids to 3DS. With 3DSOUT, use the FACETRES variable to control mesh
density.
