Dear Dave: I've been doing an evaluation on AS for the past month. I sent the registration the day after I received the software. I also faxed it to the numbers specified for both the manual and the update. After 2 weeks and reading all the form letters here I called the 800 # and they did not have me registered. She said she registered me and I would be getting the update. Today (2 weeks later) I spoke with "Penny" who said I was registered but not to receive the update or the manual. She asked me to fax it again, but I have sent the original to Autodesk by mail. I would appreciate anything you can do. I can E-mail you my registration info directly if that would be helpful.
