I'm certainly not against breaking the rules – I'm no conformist. For example, there are times when you'd want to use no ease to/from, maybe a robotic style you'd want to simulate, but generally you'd want to default to it. It might be a good idea to look through some of the 3d Studio books that have been published for other references. Specially, Michele Bousquet and Glenn Melenhorst's books have some cool animation techniques and Michele's books have some good lighting tips. There are lots of books available on traditional animation at art stores. Sean Platter knows and probably owns a few good ones. I propose that we compile a list of suggested reading and upload it to the forum libraries. I have some books at home that I've found useful. I'll get the titles and start a list. I want others to contribute too. Martin
