For the list. A book I found very helpful in learning the language:
"Film directing Shot by Shot, visualizing from concept to screen" by Steven D.
Katz
A simple and clear book that starts with storyboards (using some actual
boards from films many should recognize e.g. The Graduate; Blade Runner) and
goes through many of the issues involved with the Continuity style of
storytelling.
