Thanks! I can understand your frustration – at least all your clients upgraded before the deadline. (It was hard enough explaining it on the show floor. I'd hate to be the guy who actually sold the stuff!) I haven't looked closely at the original offer. Was there ever a NewTek printed form or letter stating that upgrades would only be $149? And, are there any disclaimers? The traditional 'terms of this offer may be altered, or revoked, at any time, without prior notification' seems like it would have kept NewTek's ass out of a sling.
