I will have an announcement later today or tomorrow concerning the future upgrade programs for 3.5 LW SA owners, and NewTek will not be following any such policy as requiring LW SA owners to pay full retail for each new revision. In-house discussions have been very active on the issue, and the feedback received. A permanent policy will be in place that will provide a sensible template for advance upgrade offers, and post-release upgrade offers, and this policy will be in-line with accepted industry practices, and geared for customer satisfaction. Put simply, we'll have a good plan and everyone will know what to expect come upgrade time, from now on. I hope you will resume handling NewTek products with confidence, and I will pass your concerns and comments to management. Chuck.
