Actually, Customer Service didn't make the decision, they just get to deliver the bad news; might add that to the post, I don't want the folks down there getting blamed for what isn't their fault. The letters are to be sent to Customer Services, but the comments should be directed to management. As for me, I'm simply doing my job of informing NewTek's customers of any important matters they need to know, through my assigned electronic venues. Thanks for posting to the Nets! Chuck.
