Maybe, however, I just received some benchmark tests from Jim Drew regarding
the Emplant Mac run by a 68060. The tests came out equivalent to a Power Mac,
and 6.0 of the emulation software will be 100% compatable with the Mac because
the emulation will be run in Virtual Mode.
Don't forget that Jim D. will also be porting his Power PC version from the
Mac to the Amiga when Escom makes the RISC based Amiga next year. I'm not all
that worried right now. Maybe in ten years, but not right now.
Deciding between an 040 upgrade or an 060 with the Emplant.
