In my conversations with Micropolis regarding problems with the 1991 A/V
firmware (FLyer use only) they indicated that they would be working on some
sort of fix. It would make sense that they would be willing to upgrade the
firmware on your unit as a warranty repair (rather than a straight exchange for
a non-A/V model) I would check with Microplis directly as opposed to going thru
Newtek. In this particular instance, I don't think Newtek should be held
responsible for what your dealer represented. I am assuning that your dealer
has already refused to do an exchange otherwise you would not be posting your
message to Chuck.
