dave – I am probably among the many who reading the registration procedure for AS, did NOT mail or fax my card in. If you read the information on how to register it gives you choices of phone, fax or calling it in to an 800 number which is what I did in early June (date upstairs). I do have a copy of the written manual but no C1 yet. Could this be part of the problem? That phone registrations are not getting into the date base. I'll email you my registration number and postal address. Thanks! Anne
