Hi,
The standardbook for learning C is 'The C Programming Language, Second Edition,
ANSI C'
The book is written by the two guys who invented C. I have a german translation
of it and maybe there is also a belgium translation.
But be sure that You get the Second Edition because the first ed. from '78 is
K&R C and You need ANSI C.
