Hi Carlo — I see a small problem: You defined float celsius but I'll bet you defined int fahr and now you're trying to assign a floating-point constant to it: celsius = (5.0/9.0)*(fahr=32.0) /* Should have been (fahr-32.0) */ I'm not familiar with DICE C, but I imagine that's why you're seeing the <float> /* Warning of improper variable assignment */ Of course, after you fix that, you'll find that: printf("%f", celsius") /* No double-quote after variable-call */ Syntax is sometimes a real pain in the butt, eh? 🙂 Mr. Clueless
