Changes at CIS!!!
The press reports I have from them state that all European CIS operators are
"100% CompuServe subsidiaries". CIS France is a "SARL", which is an independant
company regarding the French law, but I guess the R&D and marketing stuff are
dictated by the Colombus guys…
