The kind of handles that are in such wide use on places like some other
services – ones in which people never use their real names at all. Handles
that carry sexual innuendos, or total nonsense – names of comic characters,
etc. They just haven't any place in a forum that has serious business, and I
hope CIS never goes to that kind of usage.
