I have never riden any of the old wooden roller coasters but I did ride Kumba, at Bush Gardens, and I finally found a roller coaster that was very GOOD. I was bored of other roller coasters like SpaceMountain, but Kumba was very exciting and LONG, over 2 minutes from start to finish. Just before I left NYC to come to Tampa I had a chance to ride Coney Island's roller coaster but my parents wouldn't let me, I was 10 and they said I was too young. I was REALLY upset at the time and now in retrospect I am even MORE upset since I don't have a wooden roller coaster around that I could ride. <<< Tony D.
