I don't doubt at all that there are tens of thousands of very active Amiga
owners who'd quickly upgrade to 3.1 for something like $75. Anyone who'd spend
any money on their Amiga at all is a good upgrade candidate. That there are
some/lots of people who's Amigas are gathering dust or not spending money isn't
a factor.
