THank you for your explanation. I did set 600e, so I guess I have the Extended
Emulation – but I did not find the instructions at ALL clear. And I learned
the hard way that I could not do text and graphics on the same page. At the
moment, I'm using only text, so it works OK. I guess that if I want to mix the
two, I'll just have to move the printer over to my Toshiba and use the included
driver that came with the printer? (Or use the Epson Emulation?) I really
don't print graphics very often – but I'd almost always need to mix them with
text if I did.
