Being a sysop of this forum, I'm hoping you can enlighten me.
I have an Amiga 2500, 40 MB hard drive on 2090A controller, 3 mb of ram, 68030.
Although I used to sell and program Amigas for general use and video, I have
been working as a DOS/Windows programmer since 1991. My 2500 is relegated to
the far end of my computer desk, and I'm not currently using it. The possiblity
that there will be new life breathed into the Amiga line has made me curious.
Do you think my 2500 will be worth hanging onto and upgrading?
In your opinion, is the Amiga STILL ahead of comparably priced DOS/Windows
computers with respect to animation, graphics and video?
With Amiga World magazine gone, where can I get up to date information about
the Amiga and application software?
