Great question re: how the Y/C Plus improves the signal…..now, I'm
no tech-weenie…just a guy who got interested in video and am
picking this stuff up as I go along (on the fly, as it were). I do
know this: there's a guy named Faroujda, who has been the premiere
hardware guy for video, developed the innards of this li'l beast.
Instead of using the BNC connectors, which carries the composite
signal, you use the cables that split the video signal into seperated
bands….Y and C, I/m assuming. The difference is clearly seen by the
necked eye in two areas immediately: color bleed and dot crawl.
