#patch(voice) editor help
Hi out there I am new to the online world. I have a question for anyone that
maybe able to educate me. I have a program that I downloaded from the internet
it is called K4 Editor which a patch editor/librarian. I tried to load some
patches(voices) that I got for my K4 snyth but Im unable to load them to the K4
patch editor I get a message saying Not a Midi file I tried changing the
extention to .midi (piano.mid or piano.midi) like file in the editor but it
still want work. I thought the patches came from the synth in one format being
system exclusives. These patches I tried to load came from another source but
they are for the K4 synth. Is their any way to get them to be compatible with
this editor which is looking for midi format. Please Help!
