i'm running acad 12 and ame, along with 3dstudio r3. What i need to do is
create a terrain model out of my contour map in acad. I thouht one of the
edgesurf or similar commands would produce the grid to go into 3dstudio and
render – but apparently i'm wrong.
I know several of the 3rd party guys have programs to do this, but surely they
rely on acad commands, and i can't pay their prices right now.
isn't there someway i can move open or closed polylines to their correct
elevation, and select them all to create a 3dmesh – that will go into 3dstudio?
i've tried all the commands i can – including those in ame- to no avail. if
someone can help i'd appreciate it.
