Your CIS software may or may not allow this, so you would likely have to log in and run in an interactive mode. I believe the command is "DEL" at the message prompt, and you must then provide the message number you wish to delete. Again, this is really discouraged because of the disruption to the forum threads. If your message contains personal information such as phone numbers, addresses, etc. bring it to the attention of the sysop and it can be removed for you. – Dave
