Stirling, The CD that you have was not produced by Autodesk. The CD that is for Animator Pro is pink and black (no fish), and does not have the program on it, only sample files. Our package ships with diskettes that install the actual program. What you have is a CD from a company that has purchased the rights to press our software on a CD that they made, and sell it as a bundle package with other software or hardware. The actual software is the same, but they wrote the installation guide, and probably added some other stuff to the CD, for example TBOOK.EXE (which is the executable file for a toolbook viewer). << 0815MAX02>> Just to clinch the fact. Our serial numbers do not contain letters. Bottom line: We can help you with the program once it is installed, but not with the installation itself, becuase I have never seen it. If you can find out which company put together the bundle, then perhaps I can request a CD from them, so I can go though the same installation steps that you are goping through. -Brian
