Hmm… being that "MAX" is usually short for "MAXimum", it leaves a problem
for what to call the next release. If this is the maximum 3DS, what's beyond
that? POSTmax? ULTRAmax? TANSCENDmax? 🙂
You have to admit, "3D Studio MAX 2.0" has a funny ring to it. MAX should
imply the transition release, but not become a permenent part of future
names…
