This thread raises questions I've been accruing. I know that SCSI drives work much better in multi-tasking situations, but if one has a decent IDE drive he doesn't want to get rid of, does it hurt to have the BOOT drive of the system be the IDE? Will you lose any perforance this way, even if you're happy with the IDE's performance, non-multitasking not considered? Also – what format does 95 use? iss it a type of FAT, or NTFS? If the latter, is it the same NTFS as NT uses? I sometimes use OS/2 for a couple of things. If I want to partition my drives for multi-boot, which would be the advisable software with which to segment the original boot parition? I know OS/2 comes with such a utility, and I believe NT does. I don't know about 95. Anyway, I want top wind up with a small boot partition to allow me to launch NT, 95, DOS and OS/2. Any suggestions? Thanx! -jk
