Gracia, The first thing I need to know is what type of connector does your external box use for the SCSI cabling? Is is similar to the connector on the back of the 4091? Or is it a much larger 50 pin 'Centronics' connector similar to, but larger than, what is on most printers? If the connection is a DB25, ie. a MAC cable type, there may be a problem getting the proper termination. The most common type of connector is the Centronics type, which Redmond does have, as we bought one from them last year. Thier description lists it as a 'SCSI I ACTIVE SINGLE SID'. If you have a different type of connector, let me know and I'll see about helping you get the right one. Dean DKB Software
