Yes I use PCED all the time. One of my dearest assets on the PC, at least as valuable as a hard disk! (Are you listening Chris?). I don't have the vaguest idea what is going on at the MS end with the TSR document, other than I was told a week or so ago that the document would be out in about a month. I can more imagine MS going along with a "hacker TSR manifesto" than Borland, actually… Borland usually insists on doing things Their Way. Let me know when you hear more about this.
