Draw Colors

Well, fixing the color table was on my "to do" list, anyway. There are
some other defaults that I would like to change permanently, such as
size/placement of the initial window, ruler status, grid pattern, and initial
pen. Unfortunately, these won't be as easy to find as a 32 byte table w/ known
entries. The easy way would be to capture binary images of Draw before and
after the changes were made, and run the files through a binary comparator —
except that I don't know of a utility that will do a binary image capture for
the Amiga, since it isn't just "start at 0100 and save n pages."
