Robert – Appreciate your answering my message…sorry about the delay in
getting back to you but I've been having some modem trouble. Tell me, what are
differences between their new version 2.3 and the current version? Also, could
you comment on the compiler documentation that Absoft provides? How would you
rate its technical level? I take it that there are no Ami-specific calls or
inline functions in the compiler, but I assume you could build your own as
necessary (i.e., in a subroutine library). Speaking of that, what kind of
linker or loader does Absoft provide? Is it fairly powerful? Any comments on
above would be helpful…also, if you're interested, see subsequent message to
George Smoot, who also responded to my initial inquiry.
