Darron, Here, here, well said! Any attempt of a person to force a sale, through lies, is an attempt to invalidate the buyer's rational faculty. Since a person's rational faculty is his only means of survival, this is an act of violence. It is the proper function of a government to protect their citizens against violence. Therefore, fraud should always be considered a serious crime deserving swift punishment. I want to thank Ayn Rand for her philisophical guidance. (( Dan ))
