The other thing to do, is NOT Execute ANYTHING out of the Startup Sequence.
The REAL Culprit is LoadWB doin an INHIBIT, and then returning before the
INHIBIT is OFF totally.
The 1.3 LoadWB has a New Flag (DELAY), which will fix this (RSN).
PS: I saw a notice on BIX friday that 1.3 was released to PRODUCTION, my best
guess is that we will see it by "Late October"
