Scott, You may have "been a member of the AmigaForum for 2 years…", but if you are just now checking in to find out about the new software, I should warn you: CIS forum membership bases are _PURGED_ on a regular basis to remove inactive names from the roster. If you are going to check in this rarely, you may be frustrated to find yourself having to join each and every time, new versions notwithstanding. As has been mentioned in another reply to you, there IS no "problem". The forum of which you were a member no longer exists. It was replaced many months ago by three NEW forums. Library files were moved to the replacement forums depending on their contents. The message base and membership lists were NOT moved because there was no way to decide in what forum a given, wide-ranging thread should exist, or to determine which forum(s) a given member might like to join. Everyone had to go through the rejoining process, Scott… not just you. I am sorry you are "ticked off" at having to "watch all that stuff crawl by at 300 baud". Even if it took you 15 minutes to wade through the bulletins and join, that's about $1.75. The rearrangement of the forums should easily save you that within your first month's usage. If you are that concerned about cost, I would _strongly_ recommend you invest in a copy of Whap! and go to 2400 baud. Rick
