I think you will be suprised this time round :^) With the Picasso there is a wide range of Drivers, there is a generic one, which requires 1.28megs of extra ram this is quite a slow driver, but this one alows you to use 256,thousands,millions mode – although it's only just usable in the thousands mode (millions goes at a crawl). But if you use the four or five other drivers the "fast" ones, then you will be very suprised, they use only the memory on board the Picasso, and boy do they fly, the only limitation is they are 256 colour only – something I have no problem working with.
