There is a 45 degree viewing angle, and you can get the mouse about 6
inches to the side of the receiver (based on it being 1 ft away from the
receiver). The middle button is functional, but you're right, at this time
it has no effect, unless you have X windows or have programmed something
yourself. We have a few customers that use three button mice on A2500s.
